The Pavilion Venue

Our stunning (and vast) Pavilion Venue has capacity to seat up to 450 delegates. If you’re looking for a venue that has space, flexibility, functionality, plenty of parking, accommodation on site and more – Rutland Hall ticks all the boxes. It’s a great blank space, ready to be transformed into the perfect venue for your requirements, which includes a bar, a large, professional catering area and a dedicated car park.

Since its official opening at the beginning of 2024, the Pavilion Venue has played host to some of the region’s most prestigious events including:
– The Mercury Business Awards
– The Big Business Event
– Stamford Endowed Schools Prom
plus many more too.

There are many more exciting events in this year’s diary still to come, including the Rutland Learning Trust conference on 18th October, Rutland Festival of Remembrance Concert – 8th November 2024 and an immersive evening of festive entertainment with The Jersey Quartet Christmas Experience on 30th November 2024.

Plus the Pavilion has also provided a magical backdrop to many large scale weddings throughout this year.

Our fully equipped meeting rooms range from small intimate meetings for six, up to conferences for 450 delegates. Our modern conference facilities come with Wi-Fi and generous parking on site.

Day Delegate Rate caret-down

Our Day Delegate Package starts from £55 per person (for selected dates only) and is subject to a minimum number of 10.

Included in the fee are:

  • Hire of the conference room
  • Free guest Wi-Fi
  • Flipchart
  • Pads and pens
  • Mineral water, a selection of cordials and sweets
  • LCD projector and screen
  • Free on-site car parking
  • Healthy snack – an apple or small bowl of fruit
  • Tea and coffee on arrival
  • Mid morning tea and coffee with cookies
  • Two-course lunch in the restaurant, or a working lunch of sandwiches, soup and chips served in the conference room
  • Afternoon tea and coffee with mini cakes

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

A wide selection of extras and upgrades are available on request and subject to additional fees.

24 Hour Delegate Rate caret-down

Our 24-hour Delegate Package starts from £189 per person (for selected dates only) and is subject to a minimum number of 10.

In addition to the services provided in the Day Delegate package, the 24-hour package includes:

  • Three-course dinner
  • Single overnight accommodation in a cosy small double or standard room
  • Full English or continental breakfast

All prices are inclusive of VAT.
